- How do you price services?
- Fixed price wherever the scope is well-defined (audits, migrations, installs, health checks). Transparent quote after a free 30-minute discovery call where scope cannot be fixed upfront (custom development, integration work). No retainers, no hourly surprises.
- How long does a typical Hyvä migration take?
- Eight weeks for a single-brand store on Magento 2.4.x with a moderately customised Luma theme. Six weeks for a clean default-theme migration. Twelve weeks for multi-brand or heavily-customised storefronts. We share a week-by-week timeline as part of the discovery call.
- Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
- Yes. NDA on request before any technical conversation. UK GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement for any engagement that touches customer data. Both available in plain English on request.
- Can you work alongside our existing development agency?
- Yes. We do this regularly, especially on performance audits and Hyvä migrations where the incumbent agency owns the storefront. Clear scope, written hand-off, and we credit the incumbent in any case study output.
- What is your refund or cancellation policy on services?
- Fixed-price services include a 30-day post-delivery review window. If the delivered work does not meet the written scope, we either fix it or refund the unworked portion. We do not refund work already delivered; we do unwind in-flight engagements on a pro-rata basis.
