Who qualifies as a partner?: Any agency, freelance team or development consultancy that delivers Magento or Hyvä work to client stores. The minimum bar is five active client stores for the Verified tier. We honour both the brief and the spirit of the program: we only accept agencies who would happily install our modules on their own work.
How do partner discounts apply?: Discounts are applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in to your partner account. They stack with multi-licence bundle pricing where applicable. They do not apply to renewal pricing, which is already capped at 50% of original price.
Can I publish my own modules on the marketplace?: Yes, on the Build tier. We review the first module for code quality and Hyvä compatibility, then list it under your agency's name with a 70% revenue share to you. We handle billing, licensing and customer support escalation; you write the code and own the roadmap.
How does the revenue share work for Build partners?: 70% to the partner on every gross sale, payable monthly in arrears for the prior calendar month. We deduct payment-processor fees from the gross before split. Refunds inside the 30-day window come off the partner share. Full settlement reports are downloadable from your partner dashboard.
What support do you provide to partner agencies?: Verified partners get a shared Slack channel with our engineering team. Implementation partners get same-business-day first response on every support thread. Build partners get a dedicated platform contact for marketplace operations and revenue questions.
