Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of modules.etechflow.com (the "Service"), operated by eTechFlow Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By purchasing a module, creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We sell software extensions ("Modules") for Magento, Hyvä, Adobe Commerce and other ecommerce platforms. Modules are delivered digitally and licensed to you under the eTechFlow End-User License Agreement(the "EULA").

2. Your account

To purchase you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where supported. The price at the moment of checkout is binding.
Subscription modules renew automatically each year until cancelled. Lifetime modules are a one-time purchase with support included for 12 months.
Payments are processed by Paddle as our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details.
We may change pricing for new purchases at any time. Existing subscriptions renew at the price stated when you signed up unless we give 30 days' written notice of an increase.

4. License grant

Each module purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that module on the number of domains stated in your order (one domain by default). Sub-licensing, resale and redistribution are prohibited. Full terms are in the EULA.

5. Support & updates

Lifetime modules: 12 months of priority support and updates included from the date of purchase.
Subscription modules: support and updates included for the duration of an active subscription.
After the support period the license continues to work; you simply stop receiving new versions and direct support until you renew.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the licensing components of any module.
Share license keys with parties outside your organisation.
Use the Service for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.
Attempt to disrupt the Service or other users.
Scrape, copy or republish the catalogue or pricing for commercial purposes.

8. Intellectual property

eTechFlow retains all rights to the Service and the Modules except the limited license granted to you. Feedback you provide may be used without obligation.

9. Warranties & liability

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond statutory consumer rights (which we do not exclude) the Service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected module in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where the law forbids such a limit (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights).

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these Terms or the EULA; we'll give you a chance to fix the issue first where possible.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue in your country of residence.
